Parcheggio gratuito aree limitrofe alla piazza in 1 minuto a piedi, e .... goditi la Maratona!
Le tre serate si propongono come un lungo happening in cui si incontreranno Argentina e Italia che da sempre hanno in comune la forza, la dimensione e la grande fusione tra le molte culture del passato, come un mosaico di tante energie culturali. Il tutto è evidente in molte esperienze sia dell’uno che dell’altro Paese. Le milonghe estive nella splendida cornice della Piazza del Santuario di Valverde, le riflessioni sui modi personali di interpretazione del tango, saranno aree di interesse comuni che sveleranno i luoghi, i personaggi e i protagonisti che ancora oggi cantano "le cose che muovono gli uomini". Un pubblico nazionale e internazionale si unirà per tre sere in un unico abbraccio in momenti di grande impatto emotivo.
La Marathon si svolgerà in una location fantastica, la Piazza Del Santuario di Valverde. Nel 1953 iniziano le prime opere di abbellimento della Piazza tra cui la fontana e la stele ad opera del maestro Abate. La fontana nel 1993 è stata spostata lateralmente. Ha così preso vita anche la piazza dedicata ai Principi Riggio con le aiuole che ravvivano quella zona del Paese. Molto interessante è anche la statua di fra Nazareno Scolaro ad opera di Salvatore Adamantino. Presente anche l’altarino dedicato alla Sacra famiglia. Infine nel 2015 la Piazza subisce la ristrutturazione a causa di un cedimento del Corso Vittorio Emanuele. Sono stati giorni difficili per il paese. Ma ancora una volta Valverde ha rialzato la testa ed oggi la Piazza splende più bella di prima. Ci ritroveremo insieme per tre indimenticabili serata d'estate. Diquelle per cui varrà la pena dire "io c'ero!"

The three evenings are proposed as a long happening in which Argentina and Italy will meet, having always shared the strength, the dimension and the great fusion between the many cultures of the past, like a mosaic of many cultural energies. All this is evident in many experiences of both countries. The summer milongas in the splendid setting of the Piazza del Santuario di Valverde, the reflections on the personal ways of interpreting tango, will be areas of common interest that will reveal the places, the characters and the protagonists who still sing "the things that move men". A national and international audience will unite for three evenings in a single embrace in moments of great emotional impact.
The Marathon will take place in a fantastic location, the Piazza del Santuario of Valverde. In 1953 the first works of embellishment of the Piazza began, including the fountain and the stele by the master Abate. The fountain was moved to the side in 1993. This also brought to life the square dedicated to the Riggio Princes with the flowerbeds that enliven that area of the town. The statue of Fra Nazareno Scolaro by Salvatore Adamantino is also very interesting. There is also the small altar dedicated to the Holy Family. Finally in 2015 the Piazza underwent renovation due to a collapse of Corso Vittorio Emanuele. These were difficult days for the town. But once again Valverde raised its head and today the Piazza shines more beautiful than before. We will meet again for three unforgettable summer evenings. The kind that will make it worth saying "I was there!"
